What is the promotion?

Play, Break and WIN with KitKat®
Pick up a promotional pack today or enter via the KitKat® win section of the eCopon app to be in with a chance of winning a PlayStation®5 console, DualSense™ wireless controller or 12-month PlayStation®Plus subscription.
Go to www.kitkatwinps5.com, enter your country, name, email address, phone number and unique 12-character code found inside promotional packs to be in with a chance of winning between 07.10.21 - 05.12.21.

How long is the promotion running for?

The core promotional period will run between 07.10.21 and 05.12.21. There will be two prize draws, during this period:
Draw date 1: 3rd November 2021 – 77 prizes to be won consisting of 40x PlayStation®5 consoles, 12x DualSense™ wireless controllers and 25 x 12-month PlayStation®Plus subscriptions.
Draw date 2: 5th December 2021 – 77 prizes to be won consisting of 40x PlayStation®5 consoles, 12x DualSense™ wireless controllers and 25 x 12-month PlayStation®Plus subscriptions.
Entries, depending on times will be accepted into the relevant promotional draws detailed. Entries are valid for the applicable draw only and will not roll over.

How do I enter the promotion?

To enter the promotion, scan the promotional barcode in store via the eCopon app or visit www.kitkatwinps5.com and follow the instructions. Fill in the required details to enter the promotion and be in with a chance of winning.

To enter via eCopon app, simply follow the steps found on the leaflet in store:
Step 1: Download eCopon app from App Store or Play Store.
Step 2: Register by entering your details.
Step 3: Choose ‘Play, Break and WIN’ promotion from the list.
Step 4: Scan the competition barcode in store to enroll

To enter via the microsite: Enter your country (if required), name, email address, phone number and unique 12-character code found inside promotional packs to be in with a chance of winning between 07.10.21 – 05.12.21

If you are one of our lucky winners, you should allow up to 15 days to be notified of your win and up to 28 days for delivery of your prize after each draw. There will be a request for further information such as winning unique identification number, proof of ID and address.

Do I need to be connected to the internet to enter the promotion?

An internet connection (Wi-Fi or 3G/4G) is required to enter on the promotional microsite and the eCopon app.

Where can I find my 12-character unique pack code?

12-character unique pack codes can be found on the inside of your promotional pack wrapper. Click here to see an example.

How often can I enter and how many times could I win?

You can enter this promotion as many times as you want, via www.kitkatwinps5.com, using a new unique promotional pack code each time per person.

Do I have to purchase a promotional product to enter?

You do not need to purchase a promotional pack to enter. To enter via the no purchase necessary route, you need to follow the steps on the eCopon app.

How old do I have to be to enter?

You must be 21 years or older to enter this promotion.

How are winners notified?

If you are a winner, we’ll be in touch within 15 days of the prize draw, via email, to confirm the claim and delivery process. Winners will need to reply to this email within 30 days to claim their prize or the prize will be forfeited and passed onto the Ministry.
Potential winners will be contacted by the Nestlé KSA Consumer Services team to arrange delivery of their prize.
Here, there will be a request for further information such as the promotional pack, unique identification number, proof of ID and address.

Do I need to keep hold of my promotional wrapper?

If you enter via the eCopon app, you do not need to purchase a promotional pack to enter.
If you enter via www.kitkatwinps5.com, you do not need to retain any information to verify your claim.

What details will I need to enter?

To enter the promotion, via eCopon route, please provide all details requested on the app.
If entering via www.kitkatwinps5.com, you need to provide your country, full name, unique in-pack code as well as a valid, genuine and contactable email address and phone number.
If you have provided these details correctly, you will be entered into the prize draw.

I am not in KSA. Can I still enter?

Only residents of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia can enter the promotion.

Who will conduct the prize draws?

All prize draws will be run independently by an unbiased, ministry official, in each market.

Across the two draw dates, there are 100x PlayStation®5 consoles, 40x DualSense™ wireless controllers and 80x PlayStation®Plus subscriptions to be won.

How long do I have to claim my prize?

Winners will need to reply to their ‘Congratulations’ winning email within 30 days of receiving it to claim their prize. Nestlé will then contact winners, via telephone, explaining the claim process.

How long will my prize take to be delivered?

Winners should allow up to 28 days for the delivery of their prize. If 28 days pass and you still have not received your prize, please get in touch with Nestlé Consumer Services by contacting the Nestlé Care Centre:

I won a prize but it's not the one I wanted. Can I change my prize?

Winners are randomly selected in each prize draw and allocated a PlayStation®5 console, DualSense™ wireless controller or PlayStation®Plus subscription. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items. All prizes are non-transferable.

How will I receive my prize?

Potential winners will be contacted by the Nestlé KSA Consumer Services team to arrange delivery of their prize.

I’m having trouble reading my unique pack code, who can I contact?

Nestlé does not assume any responsibility for promotional pack codes damaged or defaced in the way the product packaging is opened. If you cannot read your unique promotional pack code due to a genuine printing error, you should contact Nestlé Consumer Services Care Centre:

Any request for a replacement unique pack code must be received by 23.05.21 to ensure that the request can be processed before the final closing date.

The microsite doesn’t recognise my unique pack code or tells me it has already been entered. What should I do?

Firstly, make sure you’ve entered your unique pack code exactly as it appears on the pack. If you’ve previously entered this unique pack code, you will be unable to enter again using the same pack code. If you are still getting an error message and you are not sure why, please contact Nestlé Consumer Services Care Centre:

My computer / the website crashed as I was entering the promotion, how will I know if I’ve entered successfully?

A valid entry has been made if:

  1. You entered a unique pack code on the microsite home page and a confirmation message is displayed.
  2. You will also receive a ‘Thank you for entering’ email with confirmation of your unique entry code.
  3. If you are a winner, we will contact you via email within 15 days of the prize draw, to confirm the claim process. There will be a request for further information such as promotional pack, unique identification number, proof of ID and address.

If your computer or the website crashes during this process, please revisit the website and re-enter the same unique pack code again. If the unique pack code you entered was a winning pack code, the website will remember your previous entry and will confirm your win for you. If you have already successfully entered the unique 12 digit pack code, then you will get an error message saying that the unique pack code has already been used.

The website isn’t loading / working properly. What should I do?

Please refresh your browser and try to access the page again. It may be that you need to clear your cache by holding down ‘CTRL’ and pressing ‘F5’; this consists of data stored by your computer to enable similar future actions to be completed quicker.
