Go to www.kitkatwinps5.com, enter your country, name, email address, phone number and unique 12-character code found inside promotional packs to be in with a chance of winning between 04.10.21 - 27.02.22.

How long is the promotion running for?

The core promotional period will run between 04.10.21 and 28.11.21. There will be two prize draws, during this period, with 35x PlayStation®5 consoles, 20x DualSense™ wireless controllers or 28x PlayStation® games to be won between 04.10.21 – 31.10.21 and 01.11.21 – 28.11.21.
After the core promotional period, there will still be an opportunity to win 1 of 10x PlayStation®5 consoles, 10x DualSense™ wireless controllers or 12x PlayStation® games across 3 late entry draws between 29.11.21 – 26.12.21, 27.12.21 – 23.01.22 and 24.01.22 – 27.02.22.
Entries, depending on times will be accepted into the relevant promotional draws detailed. Entries are valid for the applicable draw only and will not roll over.

How do I enter the promotion?

To enter the promotion, purchase a KitKat promotional pack (while stocks last), visit www.kitkatwinps5.com and follow the directions. Enter your country (if required), name, email address, phone number and unique 12-character code found inside promotional packs to be in with a chance of winning. All entrants will be sent an SMS skill test question from short code 1463, 14 days following each closing draw date with replies to the SMS free of charge. Participants who answer the question correctly and the fastest will be chosen as winners. Prizes will be allocated at random.
If you are one of our lucky winners, you should allow up to 15 days to be notified of your win after each draw. We will contact you within 15 days of the prize draw to confirm the claim process. Potential winners must collect their prize from their local Nestlé OPC address. There will be a request for further information such as winning promotional pack, unique identification number, proof of ID and address.

Do I need to be connected to the internet to enter the promotion?

An internet connection (Wi-Fi or 3G/4G) is required to enter on the promotional microsite.

Where can I find my 12-character unique pack code?

12-character unique pack codes can be found on the inside of your promotional pack wrapper. Click here to see an example.

How often can I enter and how many times could I win?

You can enter this promotion as many times as you want using a new unique promotional pack code each time, but you can only win a maximum of (1) one PlayStation®5 console, DualSense™ wireless controller or PlayStation® game per person, per household throughout the whole promotional period.

Do I have to purchase a promotional product to enter?

Yes, you must purchase a promotional pack to enter this promotion.

How old do I have to be to enter?

You must be 21 years or older to enter this promotion.

How are winners notified?

If you are a winner, we’ll be in touch within 15 days following the SMS test of skill question, to confirm the claim process. Winners will need to reply to this email within 60 days to claim their prize, Nestlé reserves the right to disqualify that winner and reallocate to reserve winners which will have been drawn at the same time as the primary winners.
Potential winners will need to collect their prize from their local OPC address:

New Cairo - 118350, Egypt.

Here, there will be a request for further information such as promotional pack, unique identification number, proof of ID and address to verify your win.
Where required by Nestlé, the chosen Participant shall be required to complete official release forms, have a copy of their passport/ID taken and a photograph taken of them receiving the prize, prior to the official receipt of their prize. Failing to do this, Nestlé reserves the right to forfeit the prize as it deems fit or as required by law.

Do I need to keep hold of my promotional wrapper?

You must retain your winning pack, with the unique promotional pack code, and unique entry code as you may need this to verify your claim.

What details will I need to enter?

To enter the promotion, you need to provide your country, full name, and unique pack code as well as valid, genuine and contactable email address and phone number to be entered into the prize draw.

I am not in Egypt. Can I still enter?

Only residents of Egypt can enter the promotion.

Who will do the prize draws?

All prize draws will be run independently by an unbiased, ministry official, in each market.

How long do I have to claim my prize?

Winners will need to reply to their ‘Congratulations’ winning email within 60 days to claim their prize. Nestlé will then contact winners, via phone, explaining the claim process.

I've won a prize but it's not the one I wanted. Can I change my prize?

Winners are selected from those who answer the test of skill question correctly and the fastest and are randomly allocated a PlayStation®5 console, DualSense™ wireless controller or PlayStation® game. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items. All prizes are non-transferable.

How will I receive my prize?

I’m having trouble reading my unique pack code, who can I contact?

Nestlé does not assume any responsibility for promotional pack codes damaged or defaced in the way the product packaging is opened. If you cannot read your unique promotional pack code due to a genuine printing error, you should contact Nestlé Consumer Services Care Centre:

Any request for a replacement unique pack code must be received by 23.05.21 to ensure that the request can be processed before the final closing date.

The microsite doesn’t recognise my unique pack code or tells me it has already been entered. What should I do?

Firstly, make sure you’ve entered your unique pack code exactly as it appears on the pack. If you’ve previously entered this unique pack code, you will be unable to enter again using the same pack code. If you are still getting an error message and you are not sure why, please contact Nestlé Consumer Services Care Centre:

My computer / the website crashed as I was entering the promotion, how will I know if I’ve entered successfully?

A valid entry has been made if:

  1. You entered a unique pack code on the microsite home page and a confirmation message is displayed.
  2. You will also receive a ‘Thank you for entering’ email with confirmation of your unique entry code.
  3. Within 14 days of the promotion closing, all entrants will be contacted by SMS, containing a test skill question. Entrants who answer the question correctly and the fastest will be chosen as winners.
  4. If you are a winner, a Nestlé Representative will contact you via telephone/email to confirm the claim process. There will be a request for further information such as promotional pack, unique identification number, proof of ID and address.

If your computer or the website crashes during this process, please revisit the website and re-enter the same unique pack code again. If the unique pack code you entered was a winning pack code, the website will remember your previous entry and will confirm your win for you. If you have already successfully entered the unique 12 digit pack code, then you will get an error message saying that the unique pack code has already been used.

The website isn’t loading / working properly. What should I do?

Please refresh your browser and try to access the page again. It may be that you need to clear your cache by holding down ‘CTRL’ and pressing ‘F5’; this consists of data stored by your computer to enable similar future actions to be completed quicker.
